I was just commenting on your lazy writing.
'Zero' evidence is no longer a subjective statement.

But Bama fans can't stand it when their "authority" is questioned.
It is why you all are so lazy with your arguments.

I've seen 6th graders with a more objective eye than Bama fans.

So provide us all evidence of these illegal activities and broken laws. I'll wait.

That is exactly what this investigation is about.

The CFP is an LLC so they can't just ignore this and blow it off.

It will be interesting to see how some of the individual committee members respond. Their responses have to be sworn statements.

Google ftc/antitrust enforcement.

Who brought suit against Google in that case? I'll give you a hint: it wasn't a state AG.

Does the CFP LLC operate inside the state of Florida?

Yes

Explain how, and why this allows the Florida AG to have standing to bring suit against them.

A large trailer? The average insurance for a 250k home in Florida is more than 2000 dollars a year.

And this "investigation" is nothing more than pandering and wasting money.

That's laugh out loud funny.
Thanks.

Are you claiming that all viewers of the college football playoffs are in Texas?
All players and coaches?
All staff and employees?
All games?

The FTC has antitrust laws and the states have the right to enforce those laws. It is on the FTC website since you can't Google your way around. Go direct to the source.

Is the CFP LLC registered in the state of Florida?

Answer my question. What entity brought suit against Google in that case? It should be rather simple to answer, should it not?

Same question I asked your buddy:

Is the CFP LLC registered in the state of Florida?

You are quite plainly wrong. The only power a state AG has is to bring an antitrust suit. And that assumes the FTC would even bother. They have zero enforcement authority. Google better.

It doesn't have to be.

It is more significant that one of the potential injured parties is in the State of Florida.

FSU in terms of revenue. The ACC in terms of revenue sharing.

if the committee followed the rules, why did they keep FSU ranked no.4 for three weeks after their QB got injured, and then all of a sudden drop them out of the top 4 after they won their conference championship. and they remained undefeated!.

because Georgia's loss, duh!!!

I actually think you are asking the right question

Just making sure I bookmark these posts for when this goes absolutely nowhere because everyone, including the Florida AG, knows it's nothing but a political stunt.

Well everyone except for a couple of Georgia posters who are wishcasting this as hard as possible because of their irrational hatred of a college football program...

You wish...

As Moody stated:

“No rational person or college football fan can look at this situation and not question the result ..."

I guess we need to bookmark this for Alabama fans when she said, "No rational person."

The truth is that college football fans all over the country are talking about this sucker punch to FSU.

The selection committee will select the teams using a process that distinguishes among otherwise comparable teams by considering:
Conference championships won,
Strength of schedule,
Head-to-head competition,
Comparative outcomes of common opponents (without incenting margin of victory), and,
Other relevant factors such as unavailability of key players and coaches that may have affected a team’s performance during the season or likely will affect its postseason performance.

The truth is this is a political stunt, period.

Precedent hurts the committee and is why this will move forward.

"precedent" like when UCF went undefeated, with an almost identical SOS as FSU, got left out (without losing a player that makes up 50+% of their total offense) and the playoffs had 3 teams with at least one loss (one being UGA having just lost their conference championship game).

That type of "precedent".

Lol let fl subpoena me you dumbass lmao

quote:

Antitrust victims would be college football fans.
Secondary would be FSU as an institution

So the fans are the victims lol and fsu is the victim but they haven't filed anything. The state is pursuing this for whom? There's no victim? Is there a perceived victim here the state is trying to protect or is there no actual victim? Did the state produce a victim or are they just saying we don't have a victim in this case we're just going to go forward because there must be one. Is that what the "state" is doing? Not the US government, the state of FL right?

Wait I thought the state of Florida was just trying to protect people. They just trying to protect the fans. Surely there must be a victim they are trying to protect.

This has nothing to do with antitrust laws and everything to do with politics.

What I know is the FL ag can't do shite to the cfp. Seems like the ag might be stepping outside their legal limitations.

Christ, mine is $1000 a month in Colorado. Granted, my home is worth significantly more than 250K.
