Meh, fair point. Can't imagine that they're working by the hour.
At least it'll be done sooner than anticipated.

The field turf isn't finished due to adding a bunch of SEC logos and the midfield logo and whatnot, but this is a pretty good view of what it will look like:

Looks like they have the numbers and hash marks down now. I suppose now they're going to put KENTUCKY in the other endzone, add the UK logo at mid-field,put in the SEC logos, put down the blue checkered turf on the sidelines, and add turf the rest of the way around the field and they'll be finished. I figured it would take them a bit longer to get the numbers and hash marks down.

They're adding a lot of them. One side is finished, the other one will have blue bleacher backs on all of the bleachers surrounding the press box. I heard they planned on adding them to the rest of the stadium in the future, but who knows. It should look great when it's finished.

Has anyone heard why they're redoing the "UK" logo at midfield? Count me amongst those who dont like the redesigned logo. I suppose it really doesn't matter.

It looks good. I, for one, hate to see the grass go at Commonwealth. The brown grass in November was always one of the things that brought out its character. I'm just not a fan of the artificial surfaces...with that said, the stadium looks great.

They have not cut out the lettering yet in that endzone. That is the outline to cut in turf and then sew it in.

I'll say again, I love it. UK blue is the best color in the SEC to me.
