No, I would say Ole Miss has a major problem with ACT fraud, yes it happened under Nutt, but ya'll still did it.

Cool. So once again....frick 'em.
Burn it all to the ground and take everyone with us.
...except for Bama. NCAA is pretty cool with them.

I'm curious to see if the investigators actually care that Leo,under the immunity clause , is either embellishing facts or lying without recourse and what that would mean for him as the NCAA has placed a ton of importance on this kid and his statements .

You're bringing this up like we're denying that it is an issue. Literally no Ole Miss fan is saying that we're going to get off relatively scratch free in this. It's only message board idiots like you that can't handle a simple logical thought.

Per NCAA bylaws, immunity is voided if the person is caught lying.

I take it you are worried about this. You can't be happy with coaches, university personnel, and boosters possibly having to be put under oath.

Leo got that lifted Chevy though

The funny part about this board is the majority of people here have been dumbed down and only see things at face value. Things aren't as black and white as you imagine and can have multiple outcomes.

Hmmm, you really don't understand relevancy and law do you. The Owner of Rebel Rags is filing the suit. The only people mentioned in the allegations and interviews are Chris Kiffin and Barney Farrar. I would imagine he has already contacted them...just to let them know he was left with no other recourse

It's pretty obvious that you have no clue as to how any of this works.

Maybe we should just let stupid people say stupid things.

Christ. You really believe this ends well for people directly named in the NOA and any other associated parties. You sure they won't find any other benefits in proceedings to add to the 21 that Ole Miss is getting burned to the ground for?
Oh yea. You still hearing 9 over 3? This news originated from the same idiot who predicted that.

Ole miss fans seem to think this exonerates them. Hmmm

Oh I am positive that we are getting more than 9 over 3...and if I was an unnamed school with a student athlete that admitted in an interview with the NCAA that he received +$10K from another NCAA school I would not like him testifying in a court let alone being deposed. Who knows what will be revealed?
