Rebel Rags, accused of giving free t-shirts and other good, is filing a lawsuit for defamation of character again Leo Lewis & mother, Kobe Jones & mother, Lindsey Miller, and several others. Seems like holes were poked in their stories and nothing added up against Rebel Rags.

Hope the Black Bears/their fans keep filing law suits. Having to testify under oath, in a civil trial, is a lot different animal than anything done by the NCAA's. It is one thing to lie to the NCAA's, another to lie under oath in a district court. And any defense atty would attack like a shark in bloody waters.

If any of you actually read responses by OM you'd realize NCAA is screwed...those investigators probably fired..we have proof, they have an 18yr old with 3 stories that can't be cooperated

Which is why the kid that's told differing stories and has absolutely no evidence to support his claims has been served.

Y'all act like the entire case is Leo Lewis. Seriously? There's like 6 level 1 violations. How many of those are Lewis?
Also, kid goes to store, identifies things he wants, says "I forgot my wallet can you hold these for me? My name is whatever". Hours later another party comes and says "youre holding items for me. My name is whatever." That party pays for the items for the kid. Kid gets it free, store gets its money. This happens everywhere, not just oxford
