It's all a part of "the system."

The system even includes recruiting graduating seniors with a year of eligibility left now from smaller schools. It's a win at all costs attitude.

And? That win at all cost attitude brought Richard Mulhaney & Jake Coker to campus and they helped win championships for Bama. I'm hoping Gehrig Dieter (sp) can do the same this year. WTF is wrong with this "system"?

Isn't it odd that bama players are consistently being report for marijuana use and not one has ever been in trouble for it via failing a drug test.

Not really, because it's not true.

You're really reaching for reasons to believe neither Bama player was involved with the stolen gun.

When did I even suggest that? My assumption is that the gun was Cam's. Doesn't mean that the other two shouldn't have been arrested.

Finebaum is such a douche nozzle. Pencil neck geeks who have never played 1 second of an athletic competition trying to make themselves the story.

That sound you hear is CBS picking up the LSU Bama game as their primetime pick yet again.

i mean, i get it why he's doing it here, I'm not even mad about it. deflecting it here now brings into discussion the integrity of the officers and LSU fandom in general.

he knew exactly what he was doing here.

He always knows what he's doing. Once people come to terms with that fact, they'll laugh it off just like you.

He probably sent those boys to get false accused so that he could bag on LSU fans at this very moment. Check Freaking Mate

I finally found the article. It sheds some light on what the possible reason two passengers were let go is.

LINK

quote:

The two "Bama" players were in a car with two other men and that stolen gun is now the "smoking gun" in this case. The gun was stolen in Baldwin county and the Sheriff says one of the two players knows who stole the gun.

quote:

"One of the defendants in the vehicle did make a statement to the law enforcement over there regarding how long that person had been in possession of that weapon and who they got that weapon from, " said Baldwin County Sheriff Huey Mack Jr. The sheriff says the defendant that made that statement was either Cam Robinson or Laurence Jones. The investigation into the stolen gun in Baldwin County is not over.

I'm not laughing it off, coddling criminals in the name of winning football games is sorry and something about like a midget would do.

At 2 am there was no way for the cop in LA to know anything more than the gun was reported stolen. Still no reason to cut the others loose.

Dude, read.

"One of the defendants in the vehicle did make a statement to the law enforcement over there regarding how long that person had been in possession of that weapon and who they got that weapon from"

Doesn't say when the statement was made and gives a plausible reason why the other two weren't booked. Keep reaching though.

Very smart calculated move by saban today. You discredit the police officers which is the thing to do in this country. You bring up open carry law but exclude the fact marijuana was present which means it's illegal to have a gun at the time. You ignore the stolen gun and the legal search due to the smell of marijuana you ignore the weed that was in the car and discredit the cops and deflect the blame onto them. I don't feel the players should do prison time I don't even care the charges were not files or that they are not being suspended but save me the bullcrap.
