Exactly. I'm comparing it to what these guys had, which were felony capable offenses. It's one thing if the charges were reduced instead of being completely dropped. Having a stolen gun in the prescense of drugs while being at Forsythe park, which is closed at night due to it being a notorious gay hook up spot, is illegal as well...
