Is Finebaum's source Blue Tuna Tiger or the retired/senile lawyer (Earl) from Tardfans.com?

So you hope... The NCAA seems to act on the basis of very scant evidence.

Not when they've already ruled that he didn't know. They can't reverse that ruling unless there is obvious evidence, which will only happen if Cam says he knew

Even if he does you will just say he has an axe to grind like the other 4 that have said it lately. Would it be different coming from Cammy?

How could you argue the facts if he said he knew about it ? He would have the most to lose by saying it so it would be hard to claim he had an axe to grind.

The infractions committee can. They have yet to rule on the cam-4-pay issue.

Aubren ruled Cam didn't know and the reinstatement committee used this info supplied by aubren to reinstate him pending further review.

The case will not go in front of the infractions committee unless there is evidence of an infraction. The is no PLOI to Auburn or charges against Cam's eligibility. You bammer's keep wishing upon that star.

You are correct about the PLOI because they do not issue those...It's a LOI now. Keep your head buried as far up as you can get it because you do not want to see what is coming and I suggest you join the ITAT board because they are as delusional as you are, you will fit in well.

There are many rational people that believe nothing will come of these allegations. It's not like it's for sure going to happen. If you keep your hopes up, it may happen. Just keep hoping

There were many "rational" people that thought nothing would come of the Albert Means situation yet look what happened and lets not forget how long it took the NCAA to sanction USC and just because the NCAA ruled Cam eligible for the BCSNC game doesnt wash everything away. When the NCAA starts looking they will find something and they are looking.

It obvious Auburn is up to no good….whether they can pin it on Cecil/Cam is one thing..but just like Bama..once they find ANYTHING they will hang em high.

Why do you think Bama gets punishment so out of character for the actual offense they get blamed for? It's not for that actual offense listed... it's payback for the 1000's of indiscretions they could never catch the Bear doing. Duh

USC=/=Auburn Case, a lot of differences in when the case first came to light and the mountains of evidence they had of actual pay. Reggie was pretty dumb on his indiscretions. So please dont compare, as they are not the same.

True, and Means was not the only thing they ruled on. 2 other athletes and a fews other boosters, all with a story to tell. I believe there were almost 20 major infractions and lots of secondaries.

Maybe, but does that mean major infraction? no!

I am of the opionion, right now, that I dont know, you dont know, and the rest of the ATPB'ers dont know. So when you and others state "it"(Hammer) is coming, you are just praying it does. What's going to happen to all the time you have spent dwelling over this, if nothing does.

If you do get really upset, if "it" doesn't happen, I have something cool for ya.

The Bush story has been the guiding light for the bammers like you, the trouble is you did not read how the story was investigated.

LINK

The common thread in the Bush and Means story is that there was a paper trail. There is no trail in the Cam Case. Keep dreaming bammer.

The barn just pushed things too damned far.

The SEC shall pay for our sins.

I would like to apologize in advance to the rest of the SEC and their fans. No matter what happens, I love you all.

Yes, because the program he stated this on brings on "local radio" host.

The fact that ESPN uses Finebaum as some sort of SEC/bama/Auburn expert tells me all I need to know about ESPN.

BSPN, indeed.

Fixed

I gave up on ESPN, as a source of credible opinion, quite some time ago. All they are good for is bringing events to the people and highlights

Sounds like you were in the same reading class as another aubrun scholar James Brooks. My point skooter was it took the NCAA a while to get the Bush case and sanction USC so keep on thinking your program is clean and the mean old nasty REC that controls the universe is out to get you. I hope you hang around after its goes south for your beloved program but somehow I just dont see that.

And how long after Bush left USC did the NCAA first come to knowledge about it? That is one of the main reasons why it took so long. Bush was gone, so he could not be questioned and it made it much more difficult to find the evidence and prove it.

You have no point, just a dream. If you could read, you would see there was a lot of evidence provided by the pissed off agent. Tell me Dreamer, where is the evidence going to come from this time ? Cam ? Cecil ? Rogers ? Finebaum ? Scott Moore or Redfish ? The NCAA Fairy ?

Trooper will be the one which sinks the boogs. You may or may not have a LOI today, but one is coming. Trust me...
