For Gus, I am sure coaching at ARK is his dream job. I hope it happens for him and for Auburn.

I wouldn't shed a tear.
Gus can only get to 8-5 with top ten recruiting classes. He might notch a few marquee wins at Arkansas but he'd never have the success they want.

Gus would be an incredible hire for Arkansas. He would really keep the in state talent and be able to maximize the offensive talent they have on the roster currently. If he beats Texas A&M and wins either the UGA or bama game, he is safe at Auburn. Losing to UGA again this year wouldn't be good for his future at AU.
