3 Worst Cities +2M to Live
#96 Overall - New York City
#93 Overall - Miami
#90 Overall - Chicago
They all 3 trail : Cleveland, Detroit, Baltimore, St Louis and Tampa.
Yea, I'm not totally buying these metrics

But I detest baton rouge, which is why I moved out of that shithole

Fayetteville is right up there with Denver, Austin, Raleigh and the rest.
It has been mentioned in the same breath as those for the past few years, due to the start up scene, growth and quality of life.
Take it however you want. NWA is a great place to live and one of the best places to live in the country and the South. Booming economy, access to incredible nature, a philanthropic community second to none, and big city amenities without big city problems.
Haters gonna hate.

Those are some awful rankings. Harrisburg is a cesspool and living in DC is fricking terrible.

Heres' what our little city looks like. Well at least it did a few months ago. Lots of new buildings under construction right now, as expected.

True.
No inner city exists there (and that is a great thing)

We're number 1! We're number 1!
There's a reason I left the south.
Yet the musician side of me still misses the hell out of Nola. Though it's nice to not have to worry about getting shot.

Decent list. But some places I wouldn't suggest are in the Top 50 best are Omaha or Des Moines.

Baton Rouge isn't that bad. I like it, and I am from Miami which is fricking awesome.

I went there back in Nov. This is laughable. The land is pretty, but pretty much everything about the town is forgettable with the exception of Duke. Duke is a beautiful campus. Yuge with everything so spaced out.

Lol. BR and Miami both suck

Rochester NY made the list? That place is a dump of epic proportions.

Houston, Dallas, and San An (in that order) all in the top 23. Seems legit to me now.

No, you read that the city is finally about to start accepting proposals for a giant mixed-use project there.
The city owns the lot and will vet any potential developers so that we get exactly what we want there. We should be seeing some formal proposals for that lot by this summer. It will be YUUUUGE. One of the last missing pieces of downtown. They wouldn't consider development of it until a parking structure was built. That's done, so its time.
