F-ville was a fun town when we visited in 2006. Dickson St was a great time.

Fayetteville doesn't have 200k dumbshit, the MSA has way more than that so that's why it was considered. Fun fact: Baton Rouge actually qualifies, where did you finish I stopped scrolling past 10

The website is including the metro population of Fayetteville, which according to the site is 483,396.

That would explain why the housing market is insane, the apartment vacancies in the region are near zero, and traffic is starting to really suck.

But yeah, secret's out. Fayetteville/NWA pretty badass.
