Mizzou needs to win the East when it's not imploding before they can talk trash

The east had two teams in the top six nationally. Seems legit to me? Sorry Georgia and Florida couldn't hold their weight. Mizzou beat good football teams. Mizzou was one of the better teams in the nation last year. Agree?

Mizzou won the SEC East because USCe choked, Georgia experienced a significant amount of offensive injuries, and Florida imploded.

I never seen a fanbase act so high and mighty after winning a division title

You realize that we had more injuries than UG right? UG must have been the one that imploded.

UGA and Florida had an absurd amount of injuries, probably more than Mizzou in 2012. But Mizzou had a great team last year. I'm not trying to take any credit away from them. Great defensive ends, 3 beastly wrs, solid rb, and 2 really good qbs. Do I feel like Gurley and Marshall would eaten up Mizzou's D like Tre Mason if they were healthy? Yes, I do. But they weren't and Mizzou played well to their credit. This year, I'd like to believe that UGA has the most talent in the division, but playing the two other contenders on the road and Florida in Jacksonville make things significantly more difficult. Should be a really competitive year in the East though.

Sorry but going 4-8 and losing to Georgia Southern is the definition of imploding

Idk, feeling high and mighty after going 12-2 and being in the SEC Championship seems to be more logical than you guys feeling high and mighty with breaking in a brand new QB that just lost to the Nebraska Cornhuskers to end the year....

So your admitting that you are thinking too highly of your Dawgs after a 8-5 season and losing with the QB that you believe is the future against the Nebraska Cornhuskers?

Franklin and DGB

Yes we lost Murray but we return an offense that was significantly hampered by injuries including Gurley.

Honestly I have UGA and USCe tied for best in the East

Franklin as a best player

Maty Mauk is way better than Franklin.

You honestly think Franklin is better than Mauk.

Name one thing that Franklin had on Mauk other than age.

Please.

All I know from Mauck is that he tore up our secondary. But so did every other QB. And if Mauck was so great why did he get the start over Franklin

Pinkel would eat nails before starting a FR. He just prefers not to. I still think Franklin was significantly better than Mauk at the beginning of the season. But Maty has a year under his belt and I think he could outperform Senior JF as Soph MM.
