The reason you and others say the East was down is because Mizzou and USC were the top teams. Nobody would be saying shite if Georgia and Florida were on top and Mizzu/USC had 12 combined wins.

Georgia fans are cocky as hell for a team who hasn't won a conference championship in almost a decade or a national championship in over 3 decades

Cant wait for the inevitable choke job again this year and then the subsequent excuses to explain said choke job. Just an average year in Georgia football

Again top 8 in the last decade in wins.
Mizzou has won 85 in the last 10 years...
UGA has won 92 in the last 10, so were at least Top 7...

ETA...now that I look....

Bama
Auburn
LSU
UGA
Florida

Have all won more games in the last 10 years than Mizzou... And S. Carolina is only 2 games behind...

Did you mean 8th in the SEC???

Your damn sure not 8th in the country...

Wg calling someone out for not using facts? Hypocrite much. I've presented multiple facts and ill link you info later though it was the last 8 years. You haven't presented a damn thing to back up the comments you or your dawgs have presented. Acting like we are vandy and Kentucky football. Mizzou has been far more successful than even our big xii counterpart A&m but im sure you had no idea of that.

The last 8 years UGA has won 74 games...Mizzoui has won 73...So they are still ahead of you.

Try again....

That's twice you've been wrong so far with your supposed facts...

Bama...85
LSU...85
UF...78
UGA...74

Have all won more games in the last 8 years, not to mention UT, OU, OSU, Oregon etc...etc...Still not top 8...

ETA: If I don't reply it's cause I'm not here, not that I lost...

No but you've stated twice, incorrectly that MU was top 8 in wins in the last decade & top 8 in wins in the last 8 years...

That tends to make me think your incorrect about most things. If you can't get simple facts right why should anyone think anything you say is credible??

ETA...my work is done here...

That's embarrassing on your guys part. Comparing us to vandy and kentucky when you guys have one more win than us in the last eight years. the way you guys act you all should have won about 20 more games.

The East is the East, and Matty Mauk is the best QB in the division by far. Why wouldn't they be the favorites?

Stats since 2000 (when Richt took over at UGA)

You can go to STASSEN.com and put in whatever range you want.

Since 2000 here is the top 20: (missouri is #36)

1 Boise State 0.85635 155 26
2 Oklahoma 0.81818 153 34
3 Ohio State 0.79042 132 35
4 Louisiana State 0.78142 143 40
5 Texas 0.77778 140 40
6 Oregon 0.75281 134 44
7 Texas Christian 0.74286 130 45
8 Southern Cal 0.74096 123 43
9 Virginia Tech 0.73514 136 49
10 Georgia 0.73224 134 49
11 Florida 0.71823 130 51
12 Auburn 0.69444 125 55
13 Miami-Florida 0.69143 121 54
14 Florida State 0.68605 118 54
15 Wisconsin 0.68306 125 58
16 Louisville 0.68182 120 56
17 Nebraska 0.67033 122 60
18 Utah 0.66279 114 58
19 West Virginia 0.65909 116 60
20 Alabama 0.65409 104 55

EDIT:

Since 2004 (so 10 seasons)

Georgia is #13 and Missouri is #22t
5 teams in the SEC are better in that span

LSU, AU, Alabama, Florida, Georgia

You'll like this tho, since 2007, Missouri and UGA are tied at #16

Florida, LSU, Alabama are still better.

I wouldn't be surprised. Currently the SEC East sucks worse than the Big East.

No, just no. USCe, UGA, UF, and Mizzou all look to have capable teams. UT is probably a year away from competing for the division crown, but could surprise someone like last year.

UK is improving. Vandy is starting over, basically.

People need to get rid of the idea that Missouri isn't a decent team. Pinkel has done a good job there for a while now. The only reason they were 5-7 in 2012 was injuries, just like UF and UGA in 2013.

That being said, I just don't think next year is their year.
