Fahn played a lot in every game considering he was a starter. He was miserable in at least two games. He struggled a bit against Vandy, ULL and Memphis too. Our whole line did except for Tunsil though. At one point we lead the nation in TFL given up.

Looks pretty good. I'd have Mississippi State on there.

USC at 3... who wants to bet they lose at least 3 games just like the last time they were preseason #1?

I think they make the playoffs. Bringing in another big time class, and they had a lot of young guys play this past season. They're only getting better and Oregon's laughable run of accomplishing nothing of significance may be slowing down.

You do realize this is a worthless preseason prediction for next year, right?

Alright so LSU fans can no longer say they'll keep beating A&M because they've beat em the last couple

We beat aTm because they don't have the chest

That is laughable which is why I said it won't be that big of a drop off. I don't think Green or Richie will be as good, but Richie has already proven he can contribute and Geri looks like a Benardrick clone as far as size and speed.

Here is just a snapshot that tells me these rankings are garbage:

quote:

Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson puts about as much weight in recruiting rankings as he does in passing statistics. The Yellow Jackets signed a recruiting class that once again was filled with three-star recruits and ranked in the middle of the ACC. Now watch Johnson and his staff win 10 games again with them.

Tech has won 10 games or more twice in Johnson's 7 years. It's like Schlabach goes out of his way to be an idiot.

Which I also hate because he is always way too high on UGA

This list was created before Vernon Adams decided to join Oregon. Now they should be in the Top 5(maybe switch with Baylor?)

4. Alabama - Maybe
8. UGA - Maybe
12. Auburn - Lower than most, but can't really dispute
14. Ole Miss - No
16. LSU - Benefitting from continued SEC strength. Fine with them being ranked, but should be below Tenn, Ark, Mizzou
20. Tennessee - Fair
22. Arkansas - Fair
24. Missouri - Don't know, don't care

Surprised Clemson is not ranked in top 3.

Auburn, Tenn, Ark, Missouri, Ole Miss all ranked too high and none of them should be ranked.
