Just voted and Les is still fourth.

Here is the assessment for Les from the link SprintFun listed:
quote:

6. Les Miles, LSU: I know, it's a crime to have this guy in the middle of the pack after what he's done the last three years at LSU. He's won 34 games and a national championship since arriving in Baton Rouge in 2005. But he's done it primarily with players recruited by Nick Saban.

Here is the one for Saban:
quote:

3. Nick Saban, Alabama: A relentless recruiter who's also been a master at developing talent. Saban just hasn't stayed anywhere very long, but he won two SEC titles and a national title at LSU. If Saban is able to restore Alabama to prominence, he probably deserves to be at the head of this list.

do the jack asses who write this shite realize that Miles has won more with saban's recruits than saban did.

also do they realize that C.U.M. has always won with another coaches recruits. he won the nation title in 2006 with Ron Zook's players

Its just funny that Miles is 6th because he won the NC with players Saban recruited, but Meyer is 1st because he won the NC with players Ron Zook recruited. Wow. The shite that some of these morons come up with is just plain fricking stupid.

I'm still getting frigging tired of this winning with players from 4 years ago!! Damn, Miles' recruiting classes are still as strong as ever. So that being said, F 'em!! that is all I'm going to say about that.

Then explain how Mark Richt is ahead of Miles using that logic?

1 NC, 1 SEC, 2 BCS wins >> 2 SEC, 2 BCS wins

Nice try...

Why? Because he has never had a winning record?

Getting into the NC game is partly luck of the draw, especially last season.

Keep disrepecting Miles. I think it pisses him off (though he would never admit it) and he is just going to keep kicking arse until the respect has to come.

Thinking about it, it is really hard to rank the SEC coaches though. All of them are so good, it is just spliting hairs and how you specify what you are judging/ranking them on. For example, past accomplishments - Spurrier #1. But if you were hiring a coach today at an SEC school, would Spurrier be your first choice? He would not be mine.

It is very hard to rank them. I would still take any of the top seven in this league over most every other coach in the country, except for Pete Carroll and Tressel.

You obviously know little, or next to nothing, about college football if you can't understand why Johnson should be higher
