I hope they make him cary around Saban's headphones while wearing that silly arse elephant hat. I want that guy on tv for every bama game next year.

How do you enforce this? Say he buys a ticket from a scalper.

For a normal guy this would be hella tough to enforce. But Harvey is now at the Kige level of SEC celebrity. With the probable media and fan interest in nailing him he would probably be spotted in the crowd by cameras or interested bystanders

I think I read somewhere that the guy had only been to like two games in twenty years. Not gonna do too much to him. I hope he gets 20 years if for nothing else, my amusement.

I said this before, the man is crazy and needs help. The one question if I on the jury would be: Did he know that Spike 80DF was not harmful to humans ? If he knew nothing about the product and he did spread it around, I say he needs to spend some time in jail.

That's not the way it works.

ETA: Or, at least, that is not the way it is suppose to work.

I have no problem with him serving time in jail... deserves it IMO and I'd be fine with him serving 5-10 years

But the real sense of justice to me would be seeing him having to clean up Auburn's campus

I think they fit the requirements.

Violating NCAA rules only matters to the player or their family if they have eligibility remaining they want to use

There's no risk of violating probation and getting thrown into NCAA jail

And I'm only halfway serious with the ban him from Bama games part of the punishment anyway.

GTFO.

They should waste no more time, and just kill themselves.

I don't blame Finebaum but without his show those trees would have never been poisoned.

I hope Ingram knows better than to let Fannin hold the remote. HE'll caugh it up on the floor if someone new enters the room.

I just read that New Iberia, Louisiana, is cutting down a 130 year old oak to do road construction. It's name is "Big Al". Where's the outrage LSU fans?
You read wrong. They're going to move that tree.

What the barners should do is to chop down those old trees, make furniture, and auction it off. Just think... Toomer Bats, Toomer wooden shoes, Toomer desks, Toomer beds ... think of all the barner chicks you could do when you tell them you've got a Toomer Bed.

Nope. The USA Today said it was going to be cut down. Whether that's true or not, you'd know better than me.
