According to his attorney if they hit him with that other charge he'd be open to "20, 30, even 40 years."

Ehhh...the dropped screen pass by Richardson was more damaging. Had he caught that for a score, it would have iced the game.

He said it's a little known statute, something about committing criminal mischief at an agricultural institution. Said he hadn't even heard about it until he was informed they were trying to hit him with the charge.

Has anyone linked the video yet of him leaving the jail where he flipped off the camera?

not surprised everyone will get over emotional and try to punish this man for much longer than he deserves.

Finebaum expects Barner retaliation on Bama.

Also says Updyke not an "outlier," insinuating that he's a typical Bama fan.

Please forgive me if he has said all this before, heaven forbid I don't listen to that jerk off every day.

I want him to get life. Not necessarily for what he did to the trees, but more for being so fricking stupid to get caught the way he did, as well as naming his kids stupid arse names. Morons should not be allowed to walk the streets.

If he gets more than a large fine and a couple of years in jail, he will have served a much harsher punishment than the crime that he committed warrants.

I wonder if he's thought yet of what some convict Auburn fan in the clink is gonna do to him once he hits the real prison.

I hope they give him the chair fwiw. Or a public hanging from the trees. Only punishment that fits IMO.

because that would mean he would have to admit that 95% of his callers who are fans of both schools don't represent the fanbase.
