Let's get this thread back on track. Lacy is far and away the frontrunner for NFL offensive ROTY. Discuss.
Easily. He's going to have to carry that offense the rest of the season though.

Eddie will have to carry the offense now...being reported Aaron Rodgers has a broken collarbone
Big blow to his fantasy production. Lacy will continue to get a ton of carries, but against stacked boxes with a lot less goal line touches.

Stacy has been doing well. However,
A.) He is in STL. Not the same market as GB. (Media eats tradition rich, bandwagon rich markets)
B.) STL just scored their first rushing TD last week of the season. If im not mistaking.
IF Lacy stays healthy and helps push GB while Rodgers is away. The chase for the award is over.

LSU didn't want Lacy.
We've heard this time and time again.
You must be deaf then. Nobody said LSU didnt want Lacy. What was said at the time was that LSU didnt recruit him hard because his grades were in such terrible shape. LSU told him "Get your grades up and you have a spot." Alabama said "We'll get your grades up."
Regardless, clearly Lacy is a hell of a RB.

Better than Richardson, and the HUGE BUST known as Mark Ingram.
Ingram has been disappointing but he did get drafted by the absolute worst possible team for him.
I have no idea they Saints, who's entire offense is built on throwing the ball like 50 times a game, would spend a high first round draft pick on a RB just to give him like 3 carries a game.
They'd both be better off with different teams.

Truth. I think Ingram has potential. Even at Bama, he needed a ton of carries. He got stronger through the game.

frick all of the fricking LSU fans who claimed their RBs were better than him and that he would never make it in the NFL. fricking idiots, the lot of them.
Well lsu's rb depth was better than Bama's last year. ELacy was 3rd in the sec In rushing. TRich was a better rb at bama than Lacy was and TRich struggled in the nfl. There was nothing saying ELacy would be this good in the nfl.

It's a fact. Sorry you don't like it. Lsu did fine with our 2012 rb corp of Ware, Ford, Hill , Hilliard, Magee, Blue.

I still think T. Rich has a bright future. I do think he is having a hard time with the playbook. (I hope anyways). He has had what 3 OC's in 2 years ?
