This doesn’t add anything or corroborate anything. We already knew the time of the text and the shooting was approximately 7 minutes apart. That doesn’t determine if Miller was already in his car or if he was already on his way to pick up Miles when the text was sent. This video literally adds no new information.

Prior to the defense attorneys statement today, I hadn’t seen anyone speculate that Miller was already on the way. But pretty concrete evidence suggests that it’s possible

When you think about what’s actually happening, I’m not sure this helps.

Miller leaves this place at 1:38.

Between 1:38 and 1:45 the following all happen.

Miles texts and asks for the gun.
Miller arrives at the location where Miles and the shooter are.
They get in the car with Miller.
Miles gets the gun and gives it to the shooter.
The victim’s car is either there or arrives (or both according to some people).
The shooter shoots at the victim and the driver’s car.
The driver returns fire, hitting Miller’s car and drives off.

If you read the attorney's statement he did not say Brandon "didn't know"

He said he "never saw" or "never handled" the gun. He goes on with the weak "it is our understanding" that the gun was under some clothes.

There is a pretty good chance he knew. The club that Miller dropped them off at is supposedly strict on pat downs. Good chance Miles asked if he could leave it (or he was an even bigger POS and didn’t tell him)

or even read the text

That's pretty important. Wouldn't you think the attorney would have put that in his statement if so?

"Brandon never even saw the text before he arrived" would absolve him of a lot.

The attorney is being very, very careful how he is stating things knowing if any of it can be proved false it will impact overall credibility.

No one ever read a text while driving. It would be the most amazing coincidence in the world if Miller just happened to show up when his buddy needed a gun.

Also, timestamps off of differing systems can be off by minutes. This is weak af.

Disagree. The quicker this happened and the less Miller knew, the better for his sake

And ain't no one questioning the fact that he gave someone drunk a gun?

In Miller’s statement today, it said that Miles had been asking for the ride earlier and Miller told him it’ll be later. Then they said Miller was on the way to get them when the relevant text was sent

Still relying on a lot of coincidence but totally plausible. Also there would be texts and security cameras to verify

Kid went to Cane Ridge for high school. He knows more about murder than anyone on the scene.
