He knew when he got there. Let’s not act like he wouldn’t check a text while driving, but he would have certainly checked it when he parked.

The cops didn't say they blocked the victim's car.
Well that isn't true.
They didn't say it was intentional though.

Either that or Miles potentially informed him of the situation on site. He likely knew something was up but he might not have known until after the gun was taken to the location

“He was already on his way when he was told to bring the gun.”
“He beat the victim to the scene of the crime.”
If both of these are true, did Miller help ambush the victim?

That was a lot more than 8 shots

Yep. So they would have you believe that Miller brought the gun to his Bama teammate and had no conversation before the victim arrived.

If he responded with something that cleared his name or if he didn’t read the text til after the altercation the attorney would have repeated that MULTIPLE times in his release. It’s silly to cling to that at this point. Miller read the text and didn’t respond at all Or didn’t respond with something that puts him in a positive light

Believe it or not there is a ton of information we still don’t know, and that matters. I’m not claiming to be a detective but I used to be in LE. Things like
What happened right when Miller pulled up from the time shots were fired?
Did he see the text? Phone records we pull in LE on Tolls show when messages are read.
What did he text back if anything?
And I know most of you have never been in a gunfight but they happen incredibly quickly and with untrained participants very erratic and without much intelligence and reason.

But it wasn’t the young person who was “faking,” was it? The persons who were being threatened in your narrative ended up shooting first and killing someone.
It seems like you might not have a great grasp on the situation or the language.

Not what the statement said. It said the jeep pulled up behind Miller. That doesn't mean that Miller arrived before them.

Lawyer says the Jeep actually pulled up behind Miller who was parked. And isn’t there testimony saying the Jeep “came back around” at some point? That seems to add up to what Miller’s lawyer said about what’s clearly on video.

How does a car pull up behind a vehicle that isn’t there?
