Being a 20 year old Freshman is a clear indicator of his level of knowledge. Can’t wait til it turns out the message was read.

Because his level of knowledge of the altercation is like 99% of the equation. It’s at least somewhat plausible that he didn’t see the text prior to arriving
Cell phone logs provide this. His attorney has those cell phone logs

His attorney didn’t say the text was read after the altercation…..

How many times have you been dropped off at a bar by your friend, then in the wee hours of the night texted your friend and said I need my gun at a location near the bars? He probably thought he just needed it for some late night target practice?

True. He could have easily seen it on his cars Bluetooth or on his Home Screen without opening it

I think the fact that he was already on the way to get them is true and he probably very shortly after the text was sent

If he responded with something that cleared his name or if he didn’t read the text til after the altercation the attorney would have repeated that MULTIPLE times in his release.

It’s silly to cling to that at this point. Miller read the text and didn’t respond at all Or didn’t respond with something that puts him in a positive light

And that ls IF he really read the text.

He responded to the text….

The Bama players wanted a confrontation and killed a mother. Start there and work your way back. Did he stay past when shots were fired? Yes. Did he deliver a handgun to a confrontation? Yes. Was he in contact with the shooter prior to delivering the murder weapon? Yes. Did he know the shooter well enough to know what to expect in this situation? It’s a reasonable assumption.

The only way he isn’t locked up is if he turned states evidence. He hung his boys out to dry to protect his future.

Miller and Bradley still blocked the victim’s car according to the police. There is some level of involvement/assistance.

Btw, who decided to hide the murder weapon in Jaden Quinerly’s dorm room? Why is nobody talking about this? Who assisted here?

He had to have been. The window is way too short for him to have been elsewhere, saw the text, and got over to Grace St. We're talking 5 minutes between text and victims fleeing the scene.

What would be an example of something that would put him in a poor light?

t’s pretty simple. If he knew he was going to an altercation, he should have been at least suspended If he didn’t, then he didn’t really do anything wrong

He knew when he got there. Let’s not act like he wouldn’t check a text while driving, but he would have certainly checked it when he parked.

Miles said he was getting faked on. Not that he wanted to do some faking.

As dumb as we sound saying this shite, that’s important.

“Yo I’m trying to fake on a dude. Bring me my gat” is a far cry from “hey I need my stick, I’m being faked on.”

I know I don’t check any text message which might aid in establishing my guilt in a crime.

I check all text messages which do not do that.
