One of the most annoying things on this board is that people always use bias instead of biased for the adjective...makes me sick

Eta, well technically it's not the past tense but an adjective.

Why was Bama the only team in the west with more division games at home than on the road in 2012?

I honestly don't know. If the A&M game had been a road game then Bama would've had 5 conference games on the road and 3 at home. If you switch the Mizzou game to T-town to make it 4 home/4 road, then Mizzou would have 5 conference road games so you'd have to change one of their other road games to a home game which would've thrown off the balance of another team.

It was a cooperative effort from all of our athletic directors to take the schedule and try to work through it, along with Larry Templeton and Mark Whitworth in our office.

Even "all of" the Athletic Directors love Bama

fwiw templeton is a known LSU hater for what he did to LSU baseball leaving us out of the regionals a while back. It just makes a stronger case for out sourcing stuff like this to prevent a certain person from injecting personal issues with schools.

You forgot State miraculously getting in the NCAA regionals without qualifying for the SEC Tournament and LSU taking the series against them. LSU didn't just get left out, State got in.

Nope. The SEC is all knowing without bias and would never, ever have any inequities. LSU fans are just conspiracy theorists.

When the SEC released the press release from Womack, specifically stating that it was a "cooperative effort from all our AD's", Aleva not only denied that he had anything to do with it, but added that he was not asked. So, one of the two is lying. And don't kid yourself, the lead guy's recommendations/opinions are always given strong consideration, that is the way the world work, athletics or otherwise. And in that regards, the league head of officials is also a bama grad. I am not arguing that there is conspiracy in the league office, but that is two fairly important positions in the office & both are bama grads. Call it bitching or whining, but this is a fact.

Are you guys really too stupid to realize the cross-conference games for next season fall in line with the pre-expansion rotation with the one fix to allow the two new opponents?

You should see this thread on Tiger Rant.

Some of the LSU fans want to leave the SEC for the BIG12.

I've been laughing all day.

Funny how you don't see Florida fans bitching.
