Unless you're bigoted against religious people who retain a traditional view of marriage, which is itself thousands of years old. If you're bigoted against that, then the courts will let you take away people's businesses.

The NCAA should be 100% politically neutral since it involves public universities.

Professional sports leagues would be wise to stay out of politics. Otherwise be prepared to piss off large groups of people.

It's never good business to get into politics.

You're probably far more bigoted and intolerant than most people.

Personally I could care less about things like this. IMO, always make the smartest business move you can in reaction to stances taken by the powers that be. I think some things happening today are ridiculous too, but it doesnt affect me and if I'm running something I'm certainly not going to affect my business in it with something that's trivial.

Lmao. That was awesomely funny, yet is pure common sense. Screw the Ncaa and all the PC crowd.

It's basic capitalism. How is this different from any other group making a choice about where and with whom to do business? They represent a group of interests. No different from a church deciding not to lend their support to a gay rights parade. If it bothers you, boycott the NCAA/NFL/whatever. If you can convince enough people to join you, you'll be a proud participant in the process.

It represent us private universities too. They're a tax-exempt organization. They're no more a public one than the Catholic Church is.

First off, this isn't a ban on private companies, they can do what they want. This is a ban on trans bathroom choices on public property.

You don't understand the laws passed.

The city of Charlotte enacTed a law mandating that all businesses in the city limits permit the public to use the bathroom that they associate with.

The state of North Carolina wrote a law that trumped the charlotte law.

But the Charlotte law made it illegal for Janes Pizza Shack to run their business according to their own religious/political views.

I agree that all of these problems begin with over-legislation.
I have no concerns about a Transgender in the bathroom stall next to my daughters. They are probably no different from the average woman. The concern comes with the .01% of the population that are pedophiles and predators that hunt for victims where ever they can find them (i.e. the Sanduskeys).
