Missouri is on they're way down, as will A&M. Their track records will start to make sense

edit: I'll admit it that one made me ashamed of myself

I actually agree ... I like Pinkel a lot. He's a helluva coach who is lessened, overall, by his gay fricking homo fan base. Were it not for them they would compete every year.

Not all mizzourites mind you, but most of them. They cannot help their insecure selves.

Those that protest will be obvious in this thread. Just watch ...

Why is it you are so homocentric in so many of your posts with your Gay Mexican porn pics, etc.

I'm not hating. If that's your thing, live and let live.

To the OP... Missouri should be in the hunt most seasons. Pinkel's got his own method for player evaluation and development that's proved successful over time. And he's already made the necessary tweaks for playing in the SEC, so I see no reason it won't be sustainable over time.

They will eventually schedule some tough OOC opponents and won't get lucky with the cross division every year. Florida and UT are coming back fairly strong in recruiting. MiZz will be like Kentucky in 2-3 years....beat a decent team every once in a while, but won't sniff the SECCG

Pinkel is a top 15% HC, and he is key for Mizzou to sustain success. On the flip side, FLA and UTK have been terrible for a few years now, and both programs will probably climb over Mizzou this year and next.

So much bullshite in this post.

Keep dreaming.

As long as Missouri has dominant D-Lines and above average defenses, we're going to be contenders.

6 of your wins last year came by 10 points or less

Florida and UT both had amazing recruiting classes this year

Name all the top 25 regular season OOC teams you've played in the last 3 years

What place in the West has your opponents finished the last 3 years

What's your record against UGA? Total score?

How many top 25 teams have you played in back to back weeks in the last 2 years?

Again, just like 3 years ago, these "circumstances" will change and you will certainly be fighting Kentucky and USC for 4th and 5th in the East.

That is just GP's way. Even in games that he could win by 30 or 40, once he gets a lead he's comfortable with, he takes the win and packs it in. That allows teams to score but not enough time for them to score enough. Drives me crazy but we do what we do.

They've always had better recruiting classes. Not worried about that at all.

Pretty meaningless when it comes to winning the east. Frankly, to win the east, everyone else should take a page out of GP's playbook. Get 4 cupcake games to start the season to allow your team to build confidence and find a rhythm.

Don't know. Bama won it the one year I believe. A&M I believe has finished top half more times than not. OM.

2-1 as in 2 SEC east titles to 1 for UGA.

Top 25 before we beat them and knocked them out?

There will be years that this happens. No one is saying it won't. But it's also foolish to say that Mizzou will never again compete for the east title.

Mizzou will be to the SECe the same as we were to the Big 12 North under Pinkel....Always in there, occasionally winning the division. We have won our division in 5 of the previous 8 seasons. 2 of the 3 non-division winning seasons were 8-5 records. The other was our first SEC at 5-7...which was decimated by injury, and suspension of sheldon richardson.

As for debating recruiting and such...in the words of Gary Pinkel.. "We Do What We Do." It seems to be working out so far.

Only one season of less than 8 wins in the past 9 years....so I would put us at 8-10 wins per season. If thats what down to Earth means to you, I think Missouri fans will take that.

Yes, because of their solid head coach.

Only reason you have even been close the last 2 years too......

only difference, is you play weak arse shite OOC, so you have plenty of time to rest up and gear up for SEC play. That's changing though and you will be back down there with Kentucky.

Mizzou has the opportunity to prove this year that it owns the hedges.

Get ready, pups. Enjoy talking about last year's beat down in Columbia while you can.

You have a serious lack of knowledge of Mizzou football.

Mizzou was forced to drop teams on the schedule on their move to the SEC. Previous schedules included Illinois, Arizona St and Ole Miss. We always schedule a bigger school in non con. We owned Illinois but they had some decent teams when we played, including a Rose Bowl team in 2007-08. Mizzou has been way better than Kentucky in football.

Pinkel does let off the gas in games, but not as much lately. Mizzou was just a lower scoring team last year.

You might want to back and look at scores in 2013.

So far while in the SEC Mizzou owns 28 wins in 3 seasons, 9.3 wins per season.
