Blake is athletic enough to be drafted by a team who wants to use him as a RB.

Just like he wasn't going to be the starting QB and Bama was going to lose 4 games before December.

Well, the Saturday before last should have been #2 and that Arky/Moo St games were pretty tight. It's funny how the ball bounces sometimes.

I doubt it. But I can see him catching on as an UDF, and making a scout team. He'd be excellent prep for a mobile quarterback.

I have my doubts. He's not exactly built like a pro RB, even if he used to be an RB. I could see him as a situational receiver wheel route or screen receiver, if he can catch.

I'd take it and be pleased as punch. Mid-six figures without the big game pressure for a player that nobody would have dreamed could make it to any level of the NFL before this season? Hell yeah, I'd take it.

Every QB in the conference has been garbage at times this season. Ol Blake's done aight for a guy that was given zero chance to even be the QB by most. He'll probably play some Arena league or Canadian football, and then get in to coaching. Wouldn't be surprised nor would I mind if he was at Bama pretty soon. Here's to Blakesiah!

Yes but how long does he stick as a scout QB? I mean 3 or so years, you're just under a million after tax, and then I suppose he moves on to coaching, or living off his NC fame.

That, only he can answer. Some guys just wanna be on the field, even in the slightest capacity, until their body gives out. Others want to coach. And some just want a nest egg and move onto other things while they're still young. Any of those would be a valid choice.

He's our Tee Martin.

Cup of coffee in the league then move onto coaching.

Best case scenario is we see him get some garbage PT during the NFL exhibition season next year.

He will run an impressive 40 time at the combine, but he will not be drafted as a QB. Heck, he may not even work with QBs at the combine.

I could see him as a Denard Robinson type in the NFL, or go to the CFL and play a little QB for a few years. Ultimately, he's a good dude with a future in coaching if he wants it. He could be a GA at Bama within 3 years.
