Practice squad for dual threat QB is the ceiling right? That's the consensus I'm gathering.

Hell no!

That's my one thought on the subject.

Next question.

I think everyone has been a little harsh here. He's done extremely well and his improvement is in leaps and bounds.

If he'd had 2-3 seasons at QB maybe. I think he has great potential but his time's almost up unfortunately.

Being honest =/= being harsh. Or maybe it does, but that doesn't matter. He won't be drafted. Period. He's improved, but that doesn't mean he has increased his ceiling. He doesn't have the tools to be a QB -- or any other position -- in the NFL. AJ is a much better QB and he probably will never see the field in the NFL.

Now, I think he would make a damn fine coach.

Agreed, still doubt he gets much of a shot though.

No, I don't see him being drafted at any position. His best bet is to win a national title and use his fame to make money inside the state after college. Insurance.

No. He is going to be a hell of an arena football league QB

You can love him as our QB right now and still factually acknowledge that he doesn't have the tools for the NFL.

This. If he wins a title at Bama he is guaranteed to make a decent living for himself in the state of Alabama.

Guy has been garbage in multiple games this season. He's damn good with the game on the line though. There have been several game threads this season with people calling for him to not make the return trip, benched, etc.

He goes undrafted and plays canadian league like jordan jefferson

Fair enough. I just thought some team might take him in the 7th.

We get it, you want him to be drafted. He's not going to be. Get over it

Everyone has been 99% wrong about him as far as predicting his success and his capabilities, so I say, sure, why not?

Ok, this is bullshite. 100% of people were 100% wrong, and that's not hyperbole.

Just like he wasn't going to be the starting QB and Bama was going to lose 4 games before December.
