wouldn't know / wouldn't care. really. my satisfaction in beating auburn is in full regardless of all of the people from California to Maine that don't "get it."

Thinking about it, probably most in Alabama don't care what others think, which would be a characteristic of rivalry.

I don't think so. If it's a close game, then it'll draw bigger ratings, but it's just a good rivalry.

I'd say yes since the two schools have national fanbases. But it is overall pretty one-sided. And not just in Football, in just about all athletics Alabama is consistently the better team.
