Iron Bowl was much better in B'ham. It's good to see UGA fans continue to embrace the "neutral" site although it is in UF's home state.

Are you saying that you went to UGA? Or that you know tons of people that went there?

If you split it 50/50 every year then doesn't that mean very few actually get to see the game after priority tickets are distributed? What about the student sections? Obviously not everyone is going to get to attend.

We're only allotted 40,000 tickets if that's what you're asking. So yes, there are less UGA fans in the stadium than are in Sanford.

Students still get tickets just like they do for bowl games or away games.

Not everyone gets to attend an SEC road game where we only get 10,000 tickets either. They'll just have to settle for hanging out on the beach for a few days and taking part in the biggest cfb tailgate in America.

Yes. Keep it in Jax. Frat Beach and tailgating at EverBank before the game are an absolute blast.

That's like asking what's so great about death valley on a Saturday night. I mean it's just dark right?

You have to be there to experience it. Nothing we put into words will suffice.

Yes because Frat Beach is a necessary event that all UGA students/fans should experience while in college.

I get this part, as I've never been. But I have been to Jacksonville for random other things, and that place sucks.

The fall break for students, St. Simon's Island and Frat Beach, the Landing, Tailgating outside the stadium, the 50/50 split, etc. It's all money and one of the best game traditions in college football

.... Huh.... I never knew UGA fans liked this setup of this game so much. Always thought they hated it. I've never been to Jacksonville, but I have also never heard of it being a great city. Maybe I'll get to go one year if LSU is off that weekend. I have been to a game in Athens though, and it is a blast.

From a football standpoint, maybe. From the standpoint of enjoying your life significantly more, yes. Without a doubt this game should be in Jacksonville every year. Even alumni who live in the Atlanta area understand (or should understand) that the Ga/Fl weekends are some the best weekends you will ever have.
