Wow what a TPOS! How can they let that back. That's just a malicious crime. They were all cognizant of what was going on and felt no guilt what so ever. BUT he was All SEC Freshman. Whatever it takes right Bama?

If we're getting ticky tack.. expulsion, isn't the same thing as dismissed either. Their statement didn't say which of the two it was in detail. I would assume the dismissal was a suspension, if he's signed a LOI though.

He was dismissed. That's not in question. Why so distraught? The issue is if it was a suspension or expulsion. Seeing as he signed a LOI, it makes sense it was a suspension.

LOI's are contracts. If you don't break it the first time, you don't have to sign another.
