Well that's stupid if it's consensual. I would never think someone should have their scholarship pulled if they were found guilty of same sex butt sex.

From my understanding, the University can't comment on the situation until he has been convicted or whatever. I guess it's possible that it has been pulled already and we just don't know. Or, it simply hasn't been pulled yet.
