D.J. Johnson faces house arrest

Still hope that this guy comes to Bama... the judge is going to let him go to school... can not play football, but can be academically eligible...

Spanish Fort High receiver Deon "D.J." Johnson won't be able to play football any time soon after District Judge Jody Bishop placed severe restrictions on the 19-year-old if he posts bond in the wake of his recent arrest on a first-degree rape charge.
According to Bishop's order, obtained from the Baldwin County District Attorney's Office today, Johnson will be bound to house arrest except for attending classes at Spanish Fort High School between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., if and when the teen posts bond.

This guy should not come to Alabama if he engaged in first degree rape. I was an apologetic for a statutory rape charge he had earlier in the month, but not this. You forcibly rape a woman, you deserve jail time. End of story.
