I wonder what the LSU fans think about this hire....or MSU/Dawgs??

Maybe I don't follow things as closely as others but I really don't understand the fascination with Muschamp or his defenses.

Think about this: Boom has never had a Gus type Offense to support his defense and Gus has never had a Boom type Defense to support his Offense. It is not so much the individuals that scare the SEC, it is the combination of the two. :

Yes, he still shows respect to a mentor and seeks Nick's advice.

As a Florida fan who continues to see "Muschamp is a great defensive mind, blah blah blah" from all corners of the internet I cannot understand it.

He ran a conservative, hike the ball late into the playclock and shorten the game -- his defense got to rest and it stacked numbers in his favor on that side of the ball because the opponent had very little time to do anything.

Louisville ripped us a new one, as did Alabama just this year.

672 yards is simply unfathomable at a school like Florida. It's the most any team has ever put on us.

Ever.

And as an addendum:

This is the same loser who shite himself against a team that failed to complete a single pass the entire game.

He literally could not shut down a triple option FCS team with no passing attack at all.

Auburn, good luck guys.

We beat you with Gene Chizik as our head coach and Ellis Johnson as our DC in the last 5 years.

Nick Saban didn't have trouble against Will Muschamp's defense in 2007? Interesting...

You are correct. The 2007 team was all Saban players. Saban was a total frickbag coach that year. He should hang himself for not having the right players by then.

So the criteria is that they have to be all Saban players? Hmmm so then you take out 2007, 08, 09, and 10. Interesting

Why are you reaching? This is a great hire and you know it. If you think otherwise you're an idiot.
