When I was in college, I used to get wicked hammered. My nickname was "Puke." I would chug a fifth of So-Co, sneak into a frat party, polish off a few people's empties, some brewskies, some Jell-O shots, do some body shots off myself, pass out, wake up the next morning, boot, rally, more So-Co, head to class. Probably would have gotten expelled if I'd let it affect my grades, but I aced all my courses. They called me "Ace." It was totally awesome. I got straight B's. They called me "Buzz."

Originally attended Alabama out of high school, but later transferred to another university. Despite that, I donate far more money to Alabama than my alma mater.

This

FYI, having a degree from the particular school you are a fan of makes you no better fan than someone else. If you think differently, then you are mothering more than a sad sad individual.

My Mom went to Samford and is still a huge Alabama fan, as much as me (at the time, possibly a better school than UA). It doesn't bother me at all and it really shouldn't to anyone else

My father-in-law went to VMI then William and Mary, got his PhD in Marince Oceanography. He later went on to work as a civilian with the Navy and was rudely captured in international waters aboard the USS Pueblo and spent the better part of a year as an unofficial guest/POW of the North Korean goverment. The stories he tells are awesome.

The DKP thought since he was on a military ship as a civilian that was doing electronic eavesdropping on military broadcasts then he must be CIA so he got worse beating than the rest of the enlisted men did

I graduated from an affiliated university (UAB) 3 times (Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate). Does that count?
