stop trolling, LSU doesn't like Alabama because they are winning. You are right Saban doesn't help but if yall weren't winning championships I wouldn't care much. Bama fans are some the most fun and down to Earth I have met.

I've also hated every team in the SEC west, not just Alabama, since i can remember. Although it's more of a hatred of their fans and tradition than it is their team.

Bama fans thinking we hate you because of Saban. That's cute. No, we hate you because your program was literally built on a foundation of cheating; said foundation is propped up by the SEC all but handing you a bid to the SECC each year by your joke of an in-conference schedule. You played two difficult games this year, lost one and should have lost the other. You are the annual beneficiaries of lousy SEC officiating (not one holding call last season, lol). You were handed a mulligan last year to get into the championship game, completely unearned. You claim other championships that are not even legitimate.
No, we don't have you because of Saban. You are just unlikeable, that is all. Nothing to do with your coach as much as you'd love to believe that, everything to do with your crappy, arrogant, tea-bagging, tree-poisoning fan base.
You are welcome to our sloppy seconds as coach. If anyone is dick riding the other's program, it is by definition Alabama. Ex-LSU coach and an LSU grad as your S&C coach

I'm just looking for a solid reason for the hate.
For example, I hate auburn fans cause I'm around those frickers all the time and they like to rub it in anytime we lose.
It's a instate rivalry, enough said.
I live in north alabama, and I hate UT fans for the same reason. Plus the over playing of rocky top and the fulmer situation.
I really have no reason to hate LSU, other than the flaming that goes on this site. Since I didn't join til post Saban, I was curious if this hate started then or has always been engrained in the LSU fanbase. It's a perfectly logical question IMO.

the entitlement complex of some of your fanbase really annoys the frick out of me. Especially the fans that are in my age range that know very little about college football.

Honestly, in addition to Bama winning more than any other team at the moment, I get sick of seeing all the sidewalk Bama fans in Louisiana. I know they only do it because they're miserable, contrarian assholes but it still pisses me off. It's been nice this week (since Bama lost to aTm) to see most of the WalMart Bama shirts, hats and car flags disappear.

Can only speak for myself:
In the late 60's and 70's LSU was a good club but not at same level as UA (and probably UT). When Bear Bryant retired the conferenced evened out as it is today. A few clubs had success in the 80's. The 90's was LSU's nadir but the only team I hated was UF (for obvious reasons). Since 2000 LSU has been as good as any in league, in the country in fact, so real hate for anyone. lad A&M joined and that revived but I always considered it a 'friendly' rivalry. I think this will change a lot now since we are in the same division and the goall of getting West ATL invite is the same, plus heated recruiting battles along Tx/LA corridor.
As far as Saban hate, I don't understand it and don't care to. There's a large segment that simply needs to grow up, imo.

Why though? Only one person has said why and its cause we cheat, get special treatment, and claim national championships.

I understand sidewalk fan hate, it was really bad in north alabama during the UT 90's. but I already hated UT fans so it didn't really change anything, just made them more noticeable.

As he ran up the score against us in the 90's. I like to beat him now at USCe but it's not as sweet as if we were beating him as the HC at UF.

True, I didn't deal with many LSU fans until I joined here. That's when my anger towards some of you began. Did your anger with Bama fans also start with TD? Or was it there before.
Auburn and UT have always been around me, the Internet and TD have basically put me in a digital situation similar to AU and UT since joining.
