Traditions mean a whole lot these days. LSU didn't get to play a night SEC game at home. Texas A&M not playing Texas on Thanksgiving. Mizz and Kansas aren't playing anymore. Oklahoma and Nebraska aren't playing anymore. Traditions don't mean shite in the grand scheme of things. I love them and they are nice but they don't amount to squat
