Saban has Petrino beat by one year

He has also won the West twice at Bama, with the first one coming in his second year. Petrino has been there since '08, shouldn't he have won the West by now?

Maybe BP can win the West in his 3rd year...

Nope. Couldn't even do that

yea, Miles never beats Saban

21-0, not to mention the residual after effects of such a cornholing.

Petrino's track record is way better than Miles'.

They're 2-2 against each other. And Petrino beat him in 08 with an entire team of freshmen. It was the youngest team in the country that year, look it up.

That doesn't even make any sense. Are you saying all SEC coaches should be judged by what Saban did at Bama? That's a pretty arbitrary measuring stick.

Petrino should be more worried about Saban IMO. He just can't get a win against him.

Saban won the whole damn thing, of course noone expects a school like Ark to do that, but after 3 years the guy cant even win just the West? he's behind the curve and will stay there

You used Saban and Miles as an example, saying they've been at their schools longer. They both won an NC in their 3rd year, Petrino is starting his 5th year at Arky and hasn't even won the West, much less a NC.

I agree, and if he ever does, he'll end up losing to LSU, Auburn, aTm or someone else and finishing 2nd at best anyway. JMHO

No shite. He has Miles' number, but he'll finally get the win against Saban this year. You can post all the emoticons you want, I don't care.

Arkansas will most likely be favored in the game against Bama in Fayetteville this year, so don't act like me calling for Arkansas to win is some act worthy of incredulity.

He's clearly just as good as Miles or Saban

It's useless. Arky will be All-World and we should just accept it.
