I love how people compare players when you can't really compare. All I know is Prescott is the starting qb for a 12-2 NFC East Champion and #1 seeded team in the NFC. If Championships were giving to the players with the best stats, Denver would have never won the Super Bowl last and Romo would have about 4 rings. fortunately, it doesn't work like that

Yep and that's him, been that way since he arrived on campus back 5-6 years ago. He humble as they come but has an aura and powerful presence about him that makes you want to do your best. Former players (like Aikman) talk to the o line and even the d line about how much they like and respect Dak.

Put Stafford on Dallas and he puts up way better numbers.

No.

He already has better numbers with less talent.More yards and more TD passes

If Dak was playing from behind, like Detroit does often, Dak would have more yardage and TDs. Dak has had 3 or 4 games that come to mind, where Dallas trailed he's put up the big passing games.

Detroit's wide receiving corps is every bit as good as Dallas. Stafford has had damn Megatron and could barely get in playoffs, with a dominant defensive front.

Not sure why you keep bringing up awful teams like that. Wasn't your argument that Stafford is better? He didnt do that either and NO ONE can take the browns to the playoffs. They need to move that team from Cleveland and change names.
So you know then that Dak couldn't lead a 0-16 franchise to the playoffs? Because that is exactly what Stafford is doing. Dallas has a great all around team and Dak is more of a game manager, whereas Stafford and the other top qbs are carrying their team on their shoulders. A big difference and we will see how Dak responds when the playoffs hit. I think he falters.

Also I don't know why you keep ignoring the fact that Dallas has a great all around team and was about the perfect situation for a rookie qb to come in to. Hell all the experts had Zeke as one of the top RBs in fantasy based off how great their Oline is. A great Oline will make any qb look much better.

I think any team benefits from a really good QB.

So what?Even if the statement is true it makes Stafford's stats more impressive because opposing defenses were putting much more pressure on him.

You think he has an Ezekiel Elliott in his backfield or a dominant receiver like Dez Bryant or an O-line even close ti what Dallas has?

Aaron Murray would be doing the same at Dallas...it's basically plug and play with that offensive talent.Perfect storm for Dak

What is telling is the ONLY people in Staffords corner have a big red G next to their name, perhaps a bit more objectivity is in order here Dawgs.

Yea becuase the OP was just FULL of objectively.

Sorry, not gonna take Dak over Cam,Stafford or even Eli
after 14 games in his ROOKIE season with the best offensive talent in the NFL.Give it a little bigger sample size.

You're also comparing a vet to a rookie. You're obviously upset he didn't say Dak is the best besides Stafford.

I like how you worded this in regards to a 2x Super Bowl MVP.

Read the OP gump...he's the one who made the comparison
to ALL the SEC QB's in the NFL.

If he perhaps said that he's having the best rookie season ever for a former SEC QB he MIGHT have a valid point.

Yeah Cassel, Moore, and Weeden all looked like MVPs last year

Don't let the smucks at ESPN decide the MVP for you. Replace Dak with Romo and they still good. Same with Brady, you saw how the Pats were 3-1 without him.

Matty Ice is the real MVP, without him the Falcons are trash.

You'd think these fools just started watching the Cowboys this year. That offensive line has been beastly for a while now.

So your saying that teams with good qb's have good teams and offenses. This is groundbreaking stuff
