Are there pro qbs in the sec?

It should be pretty simple to understand, but let me lay it out for you.

I believe Dak is the best QB in the SEC right now. I do not believe however, he is the best "NFL" QB in the SEC right now. As in, he's a great college QB, much like Tebow or Manziel but he won't be very good in the NFL.

Does that make it simple enough for you?

No give me the true sophomore we have coming into his own right before our eyes. This makes the season that much more entertaining given how terrible we have been at QB save Mett.

I don't even need to answer this question.

I think you can figure it out on your own.

Sure, but Dak deserves more than our current OL.

Lock is playing like a freshman for a team with no running game. He'll be fine in the future.

I don't miss Maty.

I'd take Dak in a heartbeat right now.

No, and the reason why is he only has a handful of games left to play. Harris has 2+ years to play.

Yeah since having a decent draft grade doesn't make you a better sec qb. No one would say Matt Stafford was a better sec qb than Tim Tebow.

He's as good a runner as Dobbs, but an exponentially more consistent passer.

UGA is a legit SEC/National Title contender with Dak.

Not sure it's fair to say that, because he's a dual threat, he isn't an NFL prospect. His decision making has gotten way better this year and I really can't think of any other QB that I've witnessed improve like his has. His completion % has went something like 57%>61%>66% in the last 3 years IIRC.

I feel like he's done something this year that neither of the other two mentioned did, and that's prove that he can stand in the pocket and be a passing QB.

ETA:
2013: 58.4%
2014: 61.6%
2015: 66.5%

Yes.

I think Sean White is showing progress, but who would not want an explosive and experienced senior qb leading the team?

Like many LSU fans I want Harris only because he is here for two more years. But man i would trade my momma for him last year.

Damn. Imagine how good he will be at passing if he ever throws a TD pass.

No way!! In his last six games against the west his team has not scored over 20 points and he's lost four of his last five against the west teams.
