Dak Prescott -- would you take him over your QB right now?

I saw some NCAAF talking heads (Matich?) discussing Dak's performance this year and how he is still head and shoulders above the rest of the league's crop of QBs. Would you take him for your 2015 team over your current QB?

I admit, as good as Harris is playing, there is no denying the success a senior talented QB like Dak could bring to an offense. Too bad he's on a much less talented and experienced team than last year... oh wait, that's good news.

Right now- Yes
Moving Forward- No

It would be nice to have him this year, but we would be screwed next year.

Yes. He's not INT prone this season at all and he provides a solid rushing element (moreso than Towles) which would be great behind our shittastic offensive line.

Dak is the best QB in the SEC.

So, yes.

I would, but Spavital would turn him into Anthony Jennings or Jeremy Johnson.

Absolutely. With the weapons he'd have around him, that offense would be amazing.

He's as good a runner as Dobbs, but an exponentially better passer.

I still want to drink bleach at the thought that we took Rivers over this guy.

Possibly. He would definitely help out or run game and probably be much smarter with the football than Kelly.

I like Kelly and am proud of the attitude change he's had since coming here, but there's no denying what it would mean to this team to have a play-making, senior leader at QB.

State is playing good ball right now.

I think they have a good chance to get to 9 wins. Still a super outside shot at the West if they win out and a lot of things fall their way.

Yes, I really like him and think he will be great. Our season is done and need him to get playing time. Sorry I hurt your feelings son.

He couldn't beat A&M so how would he have beaten Memphis?

And to answer the OP, I'm not sure. Kelly has a much stronger arm and is more accurate with his deep ball.
