I'm hardly the first person to speculate that Pollack was on steroids. It's been rumored for a long time, and discussed many times on this board. Don't get so upset like it's the first time you've heard it.
Yeah, a lot of players lose weight after their playing days are over.... But it's not normal to lose mass from your head

I'd give the nod to DMac. He was a work horse like Henry and his wildcat skills help put him over the top. Not sure why we're only choosing one RB, though.

And take out James Carpenter for God's sake, if you're gonna force a Bama o-lineman on the list any of these are better
Andre Smith
Barrett Jones
Womack
Antoine Caldwell
Mike Johnson
And put Honey Badger in there, Jamal Adams was a stud but college production can't touch Honey Badger

Does Tebow take the L on the QB argument? Where are all the Florida fans? Don't see Percy Harvin, either.
Also, who's the best pure pocket-passer?

He lost 40 lbs before his Sr year @ UGA...yep,sounds like a complete juicer to me.

Greg Hardy LOL
He was a beast against Bama but these baws were better
Jon Allen
Even Derek Barnett was better
Pollack as others have mentioned
Hell I might put Quentin Groves above Hardy
Jarvis Moss?
Was Alex Brown in the 00s or was he done in 99?

Gotta get that clean piss ready for the NFL

Judging from this pic, he might have just contracted full blown AIDS

Andrews is one of the best OL to play in the SEC in the last 20 years
Not disagreeing with you, Sean is still revered in Camden. But its just tough to put him at guard for college. Similar to why I can't put Jason Peters up for OL, or George Wilson for FS.

Since 2000, Id probably take Eli.
But this CFB, not the NFL, and in this day and age somebody like Nick Marshall would give you a better chance to win against more teams than almost any pocket passer.

Almost a 70 lb weight loss between the 2 pictures and
he's actually only 20 lbs lighter than his Sr year

So if someone built his career on Steroids he goes ahead and gets off of them the SPRING of his Jr yr and
has his best year the following fall. All because he wants "clean piss for the NFL" And STILL becomes a 1st round pick
Makes PERFECT sense.

I would make the argument for Thomas Davis over those Bama LBs, but mayo definitely deserves to be on the list

I get your point...He played Tackle out of necessity. That's what happens when you are the best OL on the team (not uncommon). Same thing happened with Collins and only played 2 years as a starter. If I made a list, I would probably pick the best 5 OL period
Peters was a beast too

Well if there's one thing that nobody ever accused David Pollack of, it's being smart.

No kicker of punter?
List is shite...
And you need to list 2 RB, even if it puts you over 11.

That's the best you got??
He's parlayed his playing career into a pretty successful college analyst in a relatively short amount of time.
He's better than 90% of the washed up jocks I see on ESPN or other CFB broadcasts.

Auburn could put multiple kickers on the list.
Daniel Carlson is arguably already the GOAT for the SEC and still has a season left.
Can't go wrong with Cody Parkey either. NFL Pro Bowler as a rookie.
Wes Byrum is one of the most clutch ever.
And John Vaughn wasn't a slouch either.

As a Bama man, it has always been infuriating watching Auburn hit a gold mine on kickers and punters while Bama has been stuck with shite. I do have to tip my cap to Auburns ability get great special teams play.

You're taking this bizarrely personally, bro.
I'm guessing either you're related to Pollack, or he was your first?

We've had some solid punters, but that hasn't been even close to the level of our kickers.
The only punter we've had that had the ability to really change a game and momentum for us was Steven Clark and since he graduated after 2013 punter has actually been a liability for us. Daniel Carlson's kicking actually suffered as a freshmen in 2014 because he was pulling double duty as the punter for half the season.
JK Scott is a beast for y'all. Even Clark wasn't in the same league as Scott.
But it is weird to me y'alls struggles with kickers. Even when y'all land top ranked kicking recruits they still somehow struggle for yall. It's weird. I'm convinced that had y'all taken Carlson over Griffith y'all would have managed to ruin even him.
