Another thing I should add is that Damien might be a more natural fit for the read-option with Hurts. Sometimes all world measurables don't even get to show up on the stat sheet.
I agree, though I wonder how much true read-option we'll run this season.
It'll be interesting how it all shakes out. Crazy to think we started last year with almost no experienced RBs and now we have 3 + a 5 star freshman. Things change quickly.

I may have misunderstood you. Are you saying he ran for 83 yards per game against the likes of Auburn, Florida, and Clemson?

I think Kerryon is a great athlete and you're right about his freakish break tackle ability. But he doesn't look completely comfortable as a RB sometimes. He might get more comfortable with more reps, but his ceiling won't be anything more than a 3rd down back unless he gets a lot bigger.
Josh Jacobs is a cannonball. He reminds me of MJD. Probably not the overall athlete that Kerryon is, but still has great balance. IMO, Jacobs is better than Harris. Don't be surprised if Jacobs is the starting RB in a few games this year.
Pettway is a damn freight train. He might not be the best RB in the conference, but he could be the most effective, especially around the goal line. He was Auburn's best player last year, but Gus didn't figure that out until like week 3. Pettway has elite size. He's not the fastest guy on the field but good luck tackling his big arse. He hits as hard as any RB I remember (he runs a little bit like Alstott, come to think of it).
Bo has unlimited potential. But he gets hurt too much.
Guice is like a shiftier Jeremy Hill. Kinda reminds me of Duce Staley. Very good player that can be an all three downs RB. Not sure if he is elite at any specific criteria, but he's a natural RB. LSU needs to put some weapons around him.

I like having Chubb and Michel back together. Don't know what their individual stats will be but I think they'll be powerful as a tandem.

Shitty list.
Trayveon Williams averaged 6.8 ypc for 1000+ yards in SEC play behind a youthful OL and he isn't even in the top 25 RB's?

Ralph webb wouldn't start over guice or Scarborough. Get real.

A lot of people would start over Scarborough. He'd be 3rd string at Auburn.

Definitely. Pretty big gap between Kerryon "4 yards and a cloud of dust" Johnson and him.
