I don't expect they'll run the table, but I agree Alabama should pretty much get an automatic top 5 until shown otherwise.

Prison raping your backup school yearly tends to make one skeptical of them, you should try it sometime.

Can't disagree with this at all. This is the type of team that Saban will run the freaking table with.

Bama plays A&M, Ole Miss, Miss St, TN and AU, who all run the HUNH and have talent this year. Until Smart/Saban can figure it out, they will have some struggles with their Offense matching scores. They will continue to match up well with LSU, Ark and UGA.

For pointing out that your opinion is idiotic? Go get a girlfriend or some friends or something and stop posting the same trollbait over and over on here just so you can say that people are mad when they call you a moron

I'm glad we have an official baseline. According to the coaches and the rant, A&M is the worst team in the West.

Settle down. There is an LSU homer board on this very fricking website if you can't deal with someone having the audacity to say a not great team won't be great in threads that directly relate to that subject matter.

Why are you surprised? Our offense is in a downward trend and we took your shitty DC off your hands. #ChavisEffect #ThirdandChavis

This should piss you off when you see how easy the path is for some of these teams.

So out of the top 27 teams this is how many games each team would play this year against another top 27.
1. OSU -1
2. TCU- 2
3. Bama-9
4 Baylor-2
5. Oregon -4
6. Mich st-2
7. Auburn -7
8. Fsu-2
9. Georgia-5
10. Usc-6
11. Nd -4
12. Clemson -3
13. Lsu-6
14. Ucla-5
15. Ole Miss-6
16. Arz st-4
17. G tech-4
18. Wis -1
19. Ou- 3
20. Ark-8
21. Stan -5
22. Arz- 4
23. Mizz-5
24. Bsu- 0
25. Tenn-5
26. Miss st-7
27. A&M -7

So if you go by that criteria then the hardest schedules in the nation are:

1. Bama
2. Arkansas
t3. MSU
t3. Auburn
t3. A&M
t6. Ole Miss
t6. LSU

The easiest schedules in the top 27 are:

1. Boise
t2 Ohio St.
t2. Wisky
t4. FSU
t4. Baylor
t4. TCU
t4. Mich. St.

Bama ain't running to table but they get an automatic top 5 ranking by default based on production over the last 7 seasons.

These preseason polls mean nothing, just look at last season's poll and how the poll at the end of the season compared. There's always a few teams that don't have what it takes to live up to their lofty preseason ranking.

UTk @ 25 is about right. IMO Butch and Staff really did a fantastic job last year considering the injuries, depth and how young the players were.

They will be a contender for the East as long as the get solid play from the QB. He's a baller!

I'm fine with 3. The #1 preseason ranking curse won't affect us, and the schedule is hard enough where if we win out, we deserve it be in the playoffs.
