COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Mike Davis ran 75 yards for a touchdown, Connor Shaw and Dylan Thompson each threw long scoring passes and All-American Jadeveon Clowney helped No. 6 South Carolina's defense hold North Carolina to its lowest point total under coach Larry Fedora in a 27-10 victory Thursday night.

I've been repping South Carolina for a while now, but I'm sorry, this article is complete BS. Clowney did JACK SHITE tonight.

Wow

Correct. UNCs game plan took Clowney completely out of the game. Not surprising they are making it sound like he made an impact.

Clowney was after Bryn all night, and caused him to play like crap. We only had to rush 4 the whole game and we dominated them. They cut blocked him, chipped him, and double teamed him all night. He took their comfort zone away from them. He did great. Who asked you to rep USC? please switch back to Arky.

haha, this is completely retarded. Clowney took UNC's offense's gameplan out of the game, they didn't do shite.

He's right though. The offense UNC runs gassed Clowney. Quick passes and runs. Took him out of the game for the most part. He still caused a bunch of disruption.

Clowney himself said "That's still a fast offense. I don't think they were that great, they just go fast from sideline to sideline"

He was either out of shape something awful, or he was acting like he was tired and taking plays off. Neither are good scenarios.

Dude Clowney looked like an out of shape, overprivileged, non-caring, lazy frick on the field who should have entered the draft and done everyone a favor - lest we watch him mope around the field unless he can make a stat play.

And before Scar fans jump me for speaking the truth, Clowney has all the talent in the world. Our reactions have more to do with the ESPNs of the world force feeding the hype.

To be fair, he'd have to sack the QB every play to live up to ESPN's hype

That's it? I'm thinking he'd have to force a fumble while he's at it .

If the South Carolina offense scores any points, Clowney didn't do his job on defense.

Wrong. UNC had to do everything to keep him off their QB, so they couldn't do anything else. South Carolina has a good defense, and he's a big reason why.
