Has the complaintant been charged with public intoxication yet? Hell, I've seen guys arrested for sleeping it off in the bed of their trucks because they were in public parking lots.

And of course he's not going to be charged with PI after the fact. He was the benefactor of Krystal not calling the NOPD to have him thrown in the tank, but then turns around and sues them. This dude is the textbook definition of a pussy. Get 3 of your buddies, take a road trip to the teabaggers house, and beat the holy hell out of him while they video tape it. Grow a pair how about it.
