Krystal's probably has better lawyers than teabaggee, but Krystal's should just want this shite to go away, quietly, no trial.

The Krystal is a local franchise ? I do not think it is owned by the parent corporation

I don't want to set the president of allowing the NCAA sanction schools because of the fans.

Not sure how Krystal is responsible for this. They don't sell liquor so obviously the victim got trashed elsewhere and thought it'd be okay to pass out at Krystal. And the teabagger wasn't an employee.
