It's actually easier to run the ball now than it was in the early aughts. Defenses are more designed to stop spread offenses than power backs.

You just said we haven't seen anything like either back in the last decade which really isn't true. When two great backs are brought up as proof you act as if 10 years ago doesn't matter when talking about great backs. So yea, you do sound like an 18 year old.

Post-AP. I thought that was evident when I said that I believe LF could be the next AP.

I agree with you overall but not in the SEC.

And where was AP drafted? Not the top 5 my man. A big time DE is far more likely to get drafted high than an RB these days. That isn't devaluing what a great RB can do. It's just how it is.

Chubb.

He's done what few UGA rbs have done lately... Stay healthy. And he hasn't been suspended.

That is definitely reality, I'm not arguing that. But don't you think the Raiders and the 5 other teams in front of the Vikings wished they could've done that over again?

Neither has a chance to win the Heisman

Hard to say which will have the better NFL career.....but who cares?

I still think Chubb is the better back but I am also aware thatI am prejudiced. They are both great backs and I don't need everyone else to justify my belief. No matter what anybody else says or believes I still think Chubb is better right now.

If they had known AP would be so badass in the NFL? Yea probably. But so what?

I'm sure there are plenty of teams that wish they hadn't passed on undrafted Tony Romo too.

That doesn't mean all the sudden NFL teams will start chasing FCS QBs in the first round just like how AP actually being the rare RB drafted in the top 10 working out won't start a run on RBs getting taken in the top 5.

Well their freshman campaigns were light years apart, so one game against State making you think Fournette closed the gap, shows you're flat out delusional. How old are you?

I tend to agree with this. RB's are being drafted lower as a whole. They are too prone to injury and their careers are normally short. I good pass rush DE typically goes higher.

Either you're a troll or you're a douche! LSU's quarterback position is extremely better Miles Took the game out of Harris's hands. You must have not watch the same game everyone else did, guess she was too busy crying and sticking

They'll still draft Myles Garrett in front of him.

LF is better than any RB that Alabama has ever had in the history of its football program. Ingram took advantage of a weak Heisman class

Lemme know when LF scores a TD against a ranked opponent. He's a sophomore now. MSU is not ranked

Ranked 25

AP deserved to be top 10 and should've been top 5 because of his rare talent. Chubb and LF have rare talent. But we shall see what happens.

Fournette is the best RB I've seen since AP. Chubb would be sitting on the bench at LSU.

Fournette. He has more spotlight games than Chubb does. A lot of eyes will be on UGA vs. Alabama and Georgia Tech but that's about it. LSU has more big games left and that will give LF more chances to get the media ogling over him.

I don't deserve an opinion on this topic. I told everyone that Richardson was the next AP.

I could go back and forth on this one. They're both really, really good. Chubb has more burst and LF is better at breaking tackles. I don't know, if they're grading out on 100, maybe Fournette is a 94 and Chubb is a 93 just because the ceiling for LF seems higher.
