Pretty sure most people are here to look at the cover that looks like an orangutan discovered clip art or to bash Ole Miss, or both. Like, is that an air vent (for all them Rebbears hot air comin' out they moufs)? Or a jail cell (can't really come up with a metaphorical explanation of why that would work as a face mask because the cover has caused such a level of cognitive dissonance I too think we use dollar signs instead of numbers on our jerseys filled out by a fortysomething smiling white dude)?

The wheels are coming off baw.
Please quit posting you are not only embarrassing the school (UM) that I really don't think you went to. From your posts I would be surprised if you didn't have trouble with the GED test. Have a wonderful day my friend.

Auburn fans: I know we've had our differences in the past, and there have been snitches on both sides of the rivalry ratting out the other, but can we please never be like this? Thanks in advance.

Since I have been following the story, it seems Robertson exposed Ole Miss's Network recruiting operation several years ago in his blog. Since then, Ole Miss has pretty much openly followed that theory, got caught, and are fricked.
Not sure why he wants to write a book about it, however. Most of the rest of the country isn't concerned and won't buy a book. I could be wrong.

I think you'd be surprised. This is a pretty big deal concerning the allegations OM is facing. Mark my words, there will be a 30 for 30 made on what has happened in this years to come bc the punishment will be that severe.

It's always wait until tomorrow, next week, next month, etc., and shite never happens.

We are going to see next week for sure. You're about to get some really shitty news on multiple fronts very early in the week concerning Leo Lewis and Hootin dale Nutt.

It is simple. His real name is Diogenes. All of his life, he has been looking for an honest man and was hugely disappointed when he met Hugh (Some mistakes have been made) Freeze.

Not sure how many copies were sold, but I remember a good bit of talk about Meat Market, so I think there will be interest. Ironically that book covered the time when the current issues at Ole Miss started to take root, it would appear.
quote:
day, for example, he'd talked with the caterer about what kind of shrimp would be served at Friday's celebration dinner to thank everybody who'd helped land the Class of 2006. Freeze told Orgeron he could get a deal on popcorn shrimp for $17 a head. Or else it'd be $22 per if they opted for jumbo shrimp. Orgeron paused for a few heartbeats and then told him to go for the jumbos: "We're going to run a first-class program, and we're going to do it first-class."

quote:
We sure he's not a running back?" Orgeron asked.
"I talked to him," responded Freeze, the coach who recruits Tennessee, "and he says it doesn't matter."
Orgeron: "Only thing we gotta figure out is, what's our strategy? I know he says it doesn't matter, but somebody somewhere is going to sell this kid on something."
Freeze: "We're one of the first to offer him. But Tennessee's also offered him."
: "You're not afraid of Tennessee, are you?" Freeze: "No, sir, I am not."
The son of a former Mississippi high school football coach, Freeze is soft-spoken and calculating, coming across as a polar opposite of Orgeron.
Freeze graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in mathematics. He never played college football. While attending college, he had done missionary work throughout the country and in Russia and Australia.
Now he said coaching was his "calling." Freeze arrived at Ole Miss in 2005 as the former boy wonder coach from Memphis who had taken over the Briarcrest Christian School program at age 26 and led the Saints to two state championships in football and four more in girls' basketball. He brought with him former Briarcrest Christian star Michael Oher, whose improbable ride to the SEC from homelessness was the subject of Michael Lewis' best seller The Blind Side.
Orgeron said he was impressed not only by Freeze's moxie and coaching savvy but also by his strong connections in the Memphis area, always fertile soil for SEC football programs. Two months before coaching his first game at Ole Miss, and with Freeze at his side, Orgeron vowed at a Rebels booster meeting at the Memphis Botanic Garden that he planned to "build a fence around Memphis" to lock up the city's top recruits. He even guaranteed it.

Another fat lie from an Ole Miss fan. I happen to know far more about shite than you apprently do. I want all of you Ole Missy fans here after more shite becomes public and this lawsuit backfires on you. You guys have been 100% wrong about EVERYTHING concerning the investigation and yet you still believe the same people who have lied to you over and over again. Lmfao this is great!!!

He's actually a good guy. If you took away team ties and you hung out with him I'm sure you would like him.
