Sumlin makes 5 million a year, Spurrier makes 4. Pretty pathetic imo.

Because if A&M didn't pay him, someone else was going to....like USC. Short memory?

To be fair, Aggy looked about a million times better than SC when they played last season

5 mil is the going rate in Texas. Look at strong. This has been discussed ad nauseam

Both are overpaid for the job they have done lately. Spurrier obviously has earned his....can't say the same for Sumlin.
Sumlin is the most overrated coach in the conference, if not the country.

My guess: Spurrier hasn't choked away a CUSA title as recently.

you worry too much about us, don't worry, we'll be ok

Texas A&M is rich, USCe is poor.
TBH, $5 million isn't a lot of money for us.

Op asked a question and I replied.
Are you going to tell that to everyone else that replied in here?

You know what they say about fools and money. You also know what they say about aggy. I think it should start to come together for ya, OP.

No comparison. Spurrier should be paid over $5M just because of his body.

Because, frickLSU®, first of all. That's a given.
It's Econ 101.
USCw and a few NFL teams wanted him. Market demands plus the money and exposure he brings in to the program with public interest generated by his style of scheme, etc.
The people who keep asking this question are trolling asswipes or have likely never spent much time at any reputable college or university (if any).
