I still like college basketball, and would really like us to be competitive again. Sometimes it is too shitty to watch though.

Doesn't help us that MS high school basketball is so terrible.

Tennessee, OM and Kentucky are all absolute locks with one win in the SECT IMO.

Nobody gives a shite about Ole Miss' shitty wins. Tennessee played 18 games vs. the RPI top 100 and 8 games vs. the top 50.

Ole Miss played 5 games vs. the top 50, going 1-4 and a 13 games vs. the top 100, going 7-6.

I didn't pay much attention to the early conference tournies. Were there any conference tourney winners that screw with the bubble teams? I haven't seen much talk about it so I'm assuming the conference tournaments so far went pretty much as expected. I know Creighton beat Wichita State in the MVC, so no surprises there with either team in the finals nor with the champion.

Ole Miss played 13 games, I repeat 13 games vs. teams with RPIs of 200+. Tennessee played 7 games vs. teams with RPIs of 200+.

Ole Miss made their bed with weak schedule. Enjoy the NIT.

Middle Tennessee lost already in their tournament. It'd be a travesty if they got in IMO though with only 3 top 100 RPI wins (one of which was Ole Miss lolz). They are a bubble team however. Akron is probably going to lose in their tournament after they suspended their PG for dealing drugs. They wouldn't get an at-large either though (at least they shouldn't). St Mary's is probably an at-large team, but bubble teams should root for Gonzaga just in case tonight.

Just like MS high school football. Bad coaches, bad facilities, pretty good talent

I don't think UT would be, certainly a chance with one win but not a "lock." Ole Miss in the same boat, they would catch up some because their win would probably be Mizzou. Kentucky probably is a lock with one win. None of that is happening in a vacuum though, a lot will depend on other conference tournaments and other bubble teams too.

Did you bother to read the rest of my post where I said Villanova should get in and Alabama shouldn't and how not all bubble teams are equeal?

My point is that Bama could have played Villanova's exact schedule and lost every top 50 game and would still get into the tournament because they simple played the games, with no merit given to the actual outcomes of the games.

Liberty University winning their conference tourney will frick someone over. They don't even have a winning record.

Villanova wouldn't be in if they hadn't beat Lousiville, Syracuse, and Georgetown so your point is completely inaccurate.

No, because that's a one-bid league regardless.

It's pretty funny seeing UT fans in this thread doing a complete 180 when it comes to h2h.
