Ole miss is probably Nick Brassell. After he had a great first season then failed out and signed with CFL and still hasn't touched the field

He didn't like applying himself but he was talented enough. He could've been so much better than he was both at UT and in the pros.

Crowell has to be one of the tops for UGA.
SEC Freshman of the Year annnnnnnnnnd he's gone.
How can you win freshman of the year then be called a bust b/c you get kicked off the team. On top of that, all charges was dropped on Crowell, but too bad M Richt never gave him his due process. Now he is with the Browns and is their starter and will have about a good of a season as you can playing RB for the Browns.
I could see some people saying Ray Drew was a bust for UGA, but I think he was forced to play out of position for most of his time while at UGA. IMO, R Drew is the prototypical 4-3 DE, but he was forced to play as a 3-4 DE so his stats wasn't as good as it could of been.
However, I would say Caleb King or Washuan Ealy were busts just based of what they did in High School compared how to college ended up for them. I think Caleb King would of done better his SR yr if he could of played. But the hype surrounding King was crazy coming out of high school.

Dontae Walker was such a waste. Pretty sure he was the #1 overall recruit, think he and Nkemdiche are the only two #1's to ever sign with Mississippi schools. Jackie really let the wheels roll right the frick off toward the end there.

How is it no one has said Albert Means yet?
I don't see how you could call him a bust. He obviously couldn't stay at Bama but he wasn't a bust at Memphis.

Maybe not the biggest bust, but this one was probably the most embarrassing.

Larry Foster, a captain on LSU's football team, was arrested Tuesday on a purse-snatching charge after being chased down and identified by several students.
The starting wide receiver was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail, LSU Police Capt. Ricky Adams said. Bail was set at $10,000.

Surely Bryce Brown has to be on UT's list.

1. Micah Jones (class of 2004) - a 4* lineman out of Mayfield, KY, he was ranked the 17th best OT in the country by Rivals. Had injury issues and never really saw the field.
2. Aaron Boyd (class of 2008) - a 4* WR out of Lexington, KY, he was very highly regarded. He finished his 4 year career with 30 catches for 284 yards and 2 TDs, the vast majority (24/233/2) coming his final season.
3. DJ Stafford (class of 2007) - a 4* DE out of La Grange, GA, he was the 30th best player in the class, according to ESPN. He never even made it to campus.
4. Demetrius Goode (class of 2006) - a 4* RB out of La Grange, GA, he committed to the Wildcats but then failed to qualify. He went to Hargrave Military Academy and then on to 'Bama, where I don't know if he was any good or not.
5. Yancey Reynolds (class of 2002) - a 4* OG out of Georgia Military Academy. He redshirted in 2002 and then didn't even make the roster in 2003.
6. Ryan Mossakowski (class of 2009) - a 4* QB out of Frisco, TX. He had a shoulder injury in HS and Kentucky took him anyway. After a couple years of being terrible and barely hanging on to third string on the depth chart, he transferred to Lamar where he was a backup.
7. Alex Smith (class of 2010) - a 4* TE out of Cincinnati, OH. He was kicked off the team without seeing a single snap.
8. Glenn Faulkner (class of 2011) - a 4* S out of East St. Louis, IL and an Army All-American. Still on the team, running 2nd or 3rd string at boundary corner and relegated to special teams.

Jimmy Johns has to be in this discussion. He was extremely talented.
