Lol. Miles is not close to the coach Bert is. He just happened to walk into a great situation. He's basically the football version of Tim Cook. Nobody thinks Tim is some great all time CEO.

really? you think people should only choose les if there were only 2 options? i understand you thinking he's better but he's 62- i wouldn't want him starting anew at my program. i'm not sure i'd want him at 50 but i'd damn sure not want him now especially considering he's wrapped up in offenses from 40 years ago and seems tired and confused.

He's been there 11 years and his best stretch was his 1st 3 years. The last 8 have not resulted in near the same level success or consistency.

well except for that undefeated season and SEC championship. 2 things Bert will never see as a head coach.

He brought LSU their first undefeated regular season in 2011 and won the conference too.

I think he stays at LSU till be retires, he's the best coach they've ever had.
